I wanted to make something to share with my wonderful Visiting Teacher, Alma. Everytime she came to my home she brought a little surprise for me. So tonight I wanted to have something for her. It's a carmel apple pie cheesecake. I made it in a 8oz mason jar that I found at wal-mart. I had a lot of fun making them and it was really easy. When Rob came home he tasted the cheesecake and asked if he got to have one. To his surprise I had leftovers just for him. We ate one for dessert and it was really good. They taste best when they are a little warm. This defenetly something we are going to do again, and try a few different flavors.
